Providing Free Career Development For Public High School Senior
in the River Region of Alabama
Career Assessment
After sighing up, the first step of the program is to take powerful, AI-powered Career Assessment which looks at five side of an individual and begins to match those traits with career options. This assessment will help student cast a vision for a career path in their future.
Group Coaching Session
After taking the online career assessment, Students will be led through their assessment results, by the ACDP director and coach, and receive a plan for next steps. This group coaching session will take place during the school in the classroom.
Development & Training
The training phase includes an on-demand video learning network that will help students maximize the results of the assessment, determine your goals, develop a resume, etc. This platform, called ACDP Online, will also include a Virtual Shadowing component that will help students see and hear from career professionals in the Region Regions.
